Information and consent pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code concerning the protection of personal data

According to the article nr.13 of the law nr.196 of June 30th 2003 (Privacy Code) a Code in metter of personal data protection (hereinafter the “Code”), we shall hereby provide you with the necessary information on the processing of the personal data you provide and will be processed in Italy and abroad, through electronic and manual methods in adhering to the Code and the regulations in force regarding privacy policy.

Aims and modalities of the treatment

The data provided will be treated in the following proposes:

Categories of subjects to which data will be transmitted

The data of Contracting and / or Third Party Recipients may be disclosed for the purposes mentioned above, as well as 2nd-Hand.it, also:

Storage of data
All data collected will not be used for purposes different from those listed and will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the same. After that time, the data will be erased or made anonymous. Rights of the interested party
